Are your cakes truly eggless?

Yes, every single thing I make is 100% eggless. It's not a special request or an add-on, it's just how I bake, every order, every time. Whether it's a birthday cake, a wedding tier, a cupcake box, or a dessert cup, there are no eggs in any of it.

Can you actually tell the difference between an eggless cake and one made with eggs?

Honestly, most people can't, and that's the whole point. I have plenty of customers who have no dietary restrictions at all, who are completely fine with eggs, and they keep coming back. The texture is soft, the flavor is rich, and nothing tastes missing. I've gotten a lot of 'wait, this is eggless?' moments and that never gets old. Eggless baking done right is just good baking.

How far in advance should I place my order?

For custom cakes, I recommend reaching out at least 2 to 3 weeks before your event. For weddings or larger orders, 4 to 6 weeks gives us the most room to get everything right. If you're working with a tighter timeline, reach out anyway and I'll let you know what's available.

What areas of New Jersey do you serve?

I'm based in Iselin, NJ and serve customers throughout New Jersey and the New York metro area. I've made cakes for customers in Jersey City, Hoboken, Edison, Newark, Secaucus, Parsippany, Hillsborough, Piscataway, New Brunswick, and many other areas. Do you offer pickup or delivery?

Both, depending on your location. For most orders, we work out a pickup spot that's central and convenient for you. Delivery can also be arranged depending on distance. I'll sort out the logistics with you once your order is confirmed.

How do I get started with a custom order?

Fill out the quote form on this site with your event details, flavor ideas, and anything else on your mind. You don't need to have everything figured out yet. I'll follow up personally within 24 to 48 hours and we'll go from there.

Do you make cupcakes and dessert cups too?

Yes! Cupcakes and dessert cups are a big part of what I do. Cupcakes are great for birthday parties, dessert tables, and gift boxes. Dessert cups come in individual portions in flavors like tiramisu, Biscoff, mango, Ferrero Rocher, and more. A lot of customers do a mix of a main cake plus cupcakes or dessert cups for larger events.

How does pricing work?

Every order is custom so pricing depends on the size, design, and what's involved. I don't have a fixed price list because a simple single-tier birthday cake and a multi-tier wedding cake are very different in scope. Do you make cakes for Swaminarayan events and celebrations?

Yes, and it's something I genuinely love doing. A big part of my customer base is Swaminarayan families across New Jersey, from Edison and Parsippany to Secaucus and beyond. Because everything I make is 100% eggless, there's never any compromise on dietary standards. Whether it's a birthday, a religious celebration, or a family gathering, I'm happy to be part of it.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required to hold your date. The amount and payment details are confirmed when we finalize your order, and the balance is due at pickup or delivery.

Are you food certified?

Yes, I am food certified and I follow proper food handling practices when preparing every order.
