I'm Ashni, and I'm based in Iselin, which means Edison is practically my backyard. About 10 minutes away. I've baked for a lot of families in Edison, from birthday parties and Diwali celebrations to weddings and baby showers. Everything I make is 100% eggless, every single time, no exceptions.
Edison has such a vibrant Indian community and I've baked for so many wonderful families there over the years. A big part of my Edison customer base is Swaminarayan families, and it means a lot to me to make cakes that work for their celebrations and values. Eggless is always my standard so there's never any compromise. Birthdays, Diwali, weddings, baby showers, I've made cakes for all of it and I always enjoy it.
Pickup and delivery
Edison is close enough that logistics are pretty easy. The Oak Tree Road area works well as a pickup spot, but I'm also open to anywhere in Edison that's more convenient for you. Once you submit a quote request, we'll nail down the details.
